Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:


 

1. If you wish to cancel your order, a 2% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid during the refund process. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support at 8531054016 or email us at kabijewellery@gmail.com with your Order ID mentioned in the subject line 

 

2. In case the ordered product is out of stock, then refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment with in 10 business days.

 

3. KABI JEWELLERY reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without customer approval due to issues such as incorrect information provided in the order, courier delays, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 


Return Policy


 

1. Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, design, or finish that may occur due to lighting or display differences.

 

2. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged piece of jewellery, please email us at kabijewellery@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. The email must include an unedited, continuous parcel opening video as proof of the issue.

 

The item must be returned within 2 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, as shown in the provided video evidence.

 

3. In case of any refunds approved by KABI JEWELLERY, refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment with in 10 business days.
