Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. If you wish to cancel your order, a 2% fee will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of refund. Please contact customer support for order cancellation.
2. Kabi Jewellery reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without customer approval due to issues such as incorrect information provided in the order, courier delays, manufacturing delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. If the ordered product is out of stock, refunds will be processed within 7 days via UPI ID or Bank Account transfer.
Return Policy
1. Returns will not be accepted for minor variations in color, design, or finish that may occur due to lighting or display differences.
2. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged piece of jewellery, please email us at (your email address) along with an unedited, continuous parcel opening video as proof of the issue.
3. Exchanges can be made with other products. If a damaged or incorrect item is returned, Kabi Jewellery will cover the courier cost.
